Founded in 2008 J&J Realty is a full service Property Management Company that offers expert management of, multi – families, condominiums , townhouses, and single families homes.
We focus on maintaining and improving properties structure and systems, and specialize in providing preventive maintenance services by taking a proactive approach to management.
The management services we provide include , but are not limited to:
- Monthly billing & rent collections
- Lease renewals , negotiations and escalations
- Review and maintain all building files and information
- Initiating legal action
- Full evictions from start to finish
- Obtaining contractor bids and overseeing all renovations
- Monitoring tenant compliance with lease terms ( illegal tenants, illegal sublet, etc.)
- Negotiate and obtain all building contracts
- Weekly building inspections
- 24 hr. emergency service
